ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilaksanakan di RSPAD Gatot Soebrotobertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit dan Tim Farmasi dan Terapi, memberi gambaran mengenai hal-hal terkait Farmasi Rumah Sakit dan mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah dipelajari yang terkait dengan praktek di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Evaluasi Kesesuaian Resep dengan Formularium Nasional di Depo Kedokteran Militer RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Periode 11-19 April 2016. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran persentase kesesuaian obat di rumah sakit dengan Formularium Nasional dari tanggal 11-19 April 2016. ABSTRACT Apothecary Internship Program at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital was held so that student can understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacist that takes place in hospital pharmaceutical installation and Pharmacists and Medic Team, and gaining knowledge into everything related Hospital Pharmacy and applied the knowledge that related Hospital Pharmacy Practices. Special assignmen was given by title Suitability Evaluation Recipes National Formulary in Military Medical Depo Gatot Subroto Army Hospital period 11th to 19th April 2016. This special task is to describe the percentage of hospital drug conformance with the National Formulary from the date of April 11th to 19th, 2016 |
