Abstract
According to the ASTD, training is now big business. More and more organizations are beginning to understands that employee training, including life-long employee education, is one of the last competitive tools left in their strategic business arsenal. They are beginning to comprehend that knowledge aquals profit. As the result, the training and development profession, as an integral part of the contemporary business culture, is wrestling with ethical issues, some for the first time.
