The holy Al-Qur´an is the speech of Allah, that it unifies with Allah before embodying to the Prophet Muhammad. When the Holy Al-Qur´an has entered to the humanity area, it had entered to the cultural world. Because the transformation of Al-Qur´an through the cultural process. The Mushaf Al-qur´an was known until now, actually the part of the culture and humanity. Because of that, the Qur´anic exegesis was a market of interpretation base on the social and cultural context, subject and also political perspective when the Qur´anic exegesis was produced. So, the Qur´anic exegesis was not a sacral one. The Qur´anic exegesis was not a Qur´an itself because in the qur´anic exegesis there are some penetration of humankind.
