Abstrak
In South Sulaweis Province, concept of sea ownership and shipping regulation has been developed since 17 Centuries. It could be seen in Amanna Gappa Law which related to the Modern Law of the Sea (the United Convention on the Law of the Sea). Amanna Gappa Law regulates rights and obligations of the shipping owner which could be looked at the International Convention and International Maritime Organization rules.
