| People in rural community live a life peacefully because they have human and social capital. The existence of human is indicated by mutual love and living in peace and ih harmony while the existence of social capital is in the forms of mutual trust, cooperation and mutual help. Peace and order in rural community life are supported by the potential in the form of value and unwritten low systtem which grow in the people's life. This study is concerned with the Kombong institution at Enrekang community which has the systems of value, and unwritten low which become the reference for forming the social behaviour |
