Abstract
The restructuring of infrastructure in slum area based on public participation and expectation is the government's and public's responsibility. The method used in this research is descriptive by asking questionnaires, snaking surveys on local conditions, economical aspects, social aspects, social aspects and several restructuring alternartives. More over, the data is analyzed by SWOT theory. this anlysis gives the highest point of competitive profile as the best choice. The result of study and analysis show that the highest score is 5.190, that is restructuring by government. The restructuring alternative of the slum area settlement infrastructure involves repairing of road and drainage by PRP2K project, public housing aid by rolling fund involving BKM.
