This article is written explain basic law on share crop farming land in practice, the amount of balance for each side from the crop of irrigated farming land and unirrigated farming land in rainy season and dry season, and the lost side who gets the amount of balance of crop. Data was gained from library research, field research, with qualitatively analysis. The result shows that the basic law agreement of share crop farming land in practice is determined by customary law. The amount of  balance from share crop for each side from two knds of soil and periods as mentioned above are determined if the budger for fertilizer and the budget for spray is responsibility of both sides or worker’s responsibility, meanwhile the crop of other lands of plantation is determined by the agreement of each of them. Worker gets lose with the amount of balance which he receives porn the rice crop, meanwhile porn the other lands of plantation, it is the advantegeous for both sides |
