Abstract
The problem of loan is unbearable as it closely relafed fo the dynamics of living and also possibility to sign a confracf which is guranteed by the law. Ironically, this situation is often manipulated by those who have capability to make the weak even weaker. This reseach aims to figure one the knowledge and understanding he consequences of loan, and the attitude of the fish pond fisherman toward procedure of loan he ability to pay. The data show that the fish pond fisherman do not know the negatif effects toward the action, especially toward the long term dependency, i.e. financial loosing and the loss of independency as the owner. In addition, the action is also considered as an aid, but in the long run if can deceive them.
