| This research is aimed at explaining obsracles in protecting small businessmen to solve the problems, and ideal pattern for small business protection. Data colleclion was performed through field research and library research. The research finding shows that in protecting small business there are various obstacles, small businessman accept or face the obstacles by certain eforts. An ideal pattern to protect small business would be license debirocratization, development crediet facilities, and implementation of small business colaboration or partnership. |
