Fish bone is a form of waste generated from the fish crackers processingindustries that contain the highest content of calcium. In terms of food and nutrition, fish bonesare rich in calcium, phosphorus and carbonate needed by human. Involvement of the communityto use leftover fish bone to produce hydroxyapatite is a way to improve society and reducepollution. In addition, hydroxyapatite can also be used as a bone replacement implants, heartvalves, hip extension and other implants in the human body. |
