ABSTRAK Penelitian Simanjuntak (2002), Wulandari (2007), dan Surasno (2008)menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kecenderungan status gizi kurang (kurus)pada mahasiswa FKM UI. Hal ini mendasari peneliti melakukan penelitian dengantujuan mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan antara asupan makanan (konsumsienergi, karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein), perilaku makan (kebiasaan sarapan dankebiasaan konsumsi fast food), dan faktor lainnya dengan status gizi kurang(kurus) mahasiswi S1 Reguler angkatan 2008-2010 FKM UI tahun 2011.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesiapada bulan April tahun 2011 dengan 138 responden. Jenis penelitian kuantitatifdengan rancangan studi cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukandengan Stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitukuesioner, alat pengukuran berat badan dan alat pengukuran tingi badan. Ujistatistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square untuk melihat hubungan duavariabel. Pada penelitian ini didapat gambaran status gizi mahasiswa FKM UIangkatan 2008-2010 yaitu mahasiswi yang kurus sebesar 23,2% dan mahasiswiyang tidak kurus sebesar 76,8%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa adahubungan yang bermakna antara konsumsi lemak dan protein, pengetahuan gizidan kebiasaan olahraga dengan status gizi kurang (kurus) mahasiswi S1-Regulerangkatan 2008-2010 FKM UI tahun 2011. These researches underlying the researcher to conduct the studyaiming to know the description and the relationship between nutrient intake(consumption of energy, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins), eating behavior(breakfast habits and habits of consumption of fast food), and other related factorswith undernutritional status (thinness) of female student S1-Regular class of 2008to 2010 FKM UI in 2011. This research was conducted at the Faculty of PublicHealth University of Indonesia in April 2011 of 138 respondents. Type of researchis a quantitative cross-sectional study design. The method of sampling carried outby stratified random sampling. Research instruments used were questionnaires,weight body measurement tools, and height body measurement tools. Thestatistical test used chi-square to see the relationship between two variables. In thestudy showed that the description of the undernutritional status (thinness) offemale students of the FKM UI class of 2008-2010 whose thin at 23.2% and theothers who are not thin at 76.8%. Statistical analysis showed that there was asignificant correlation between fat and protein intake, nutrition knowledge, andexercise habit with undernutritional status (thinness) of female student S1-Regularclass of 2008 to 2010 FKM UI in 2011. |
