ABSTRAK
Hepatitis B merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan virus hepatitis B (VHB),lebih dari 350 juta orang mengidap virus hepatitis B yang menyebar di seluruhdunia, 78% diantaranya menetap di Asia Tenggara. Salah satu cara untukpemberantasan penyakit hepatits B adalah pencegahan dengan imunisasi. Cakupanimunisasi hepatitis B Puskesmas Pasar Kuok tahun 2010 adalah 35,2%, di bawahtarget yang telah ditetapkan (95%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuifaktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi hepatitis B-0 padabayi (0-11 bulan) di Puskesmas Pasar Kuok tahun 2011. Penelitian ini dilakukan diPuskesmas Pasar Kuok tahun 2010 terhadap 124 ibu rumah tangga yangmempunyai bayi umur 0-11 bulan. Disain penelitian adalah metode cross sectionaldan bersifat deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran pemberianimunisasi hepatitis B-0 pada bayi (0-11 bulan) adalah sebesar 39,5%. Hasil analisisbivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberianimunisasi hepatitis B-0 pada bayi (0-11 bulan) dengan pengetahuan ibu, penolongpersalinan, kunjungan neonatal dan pemanfaatan keberadaan bidan di desa. DinasKesehatan dapat membuat perencanaan kebutuhan dan distribusi vaksin hepatitis B-0 ke sarana kesehatan, Rumah Sakit, Rumah Bersalin dan petugas yang menolongpersalinan. Serta Bidan Membuat pencatatan dan pelaporan imunisasi dengan baikdan sejalan dengan laporan kunjungan neonatal.
ABSTRACT
Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV), more than350 million people contracted hepatitis B virus that spreads around the world, 78%of them settled in Southeast Asia. One way to fight against hepatitis B disese isprevention using immunization. Immunization coverage of Hepatitis B PuskesmasPasar Kuok in 2010 is 35.2%, below the target set (95%). The purpose of this studydetermine factors related to hepatitis B-0 immunization among babies (0-11 month)at Puskesmas Pasar Kuok in 2011. This research was conducted in PuskesmasPasar Kuok in 2010 against 124 housewife of babies aged 0-11 months. The studydesign was cross-sectional descriptive and analytic. The research result obtainedthat immunization for hepatitis B-0 of 39,5% The result of bivariate analysisshowed a significant relationship between hepatitis B immunization in babies (0-11months) with the mother knowledge, the helper of childbirth, the neonatal visits andutilization of midwives in the village. Department of Health needs to make theplanning and distribution of hepatitis B-0 to health facilities, hospitals, maternityhospitals and staff who helped deliver. Midwife in the village to spread its presenceso that known by the public and makes recording and reporting of immunizationwith the good and in line with the monthly report requests neonates. |
