ABSTRAK Infertilitas adalah kegagalan untuk memperoleh kehamilan setelah 12 bulan melakukan hubungan seksual secara teratur tanpa menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Infertilitas menyebabkan stres bagi perempuan yang mengalaminya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat stres perempuan infertil yang menjalani program fertilisasi. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 60 perempuan infertil yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres cukup berat dialami 11,7 perempuan infertil, dan sisanya 88,3 perempuan infertil mengalami stres sedang. Sebagian besar responden, 78,3 mengalami infertilitas primer dan 58,3 responden mengikuti program IVF. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperlukan dukungan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan untuk mengelola stres yang dialami oleh perempuan infertil. ABSTRACT Infertility is the failure to conceive after 12 months of regular sexual intercourse without using contraception. Infertility causes stress for women who experience it. This study aimed to describe the stress level of infertile women undergoing fertilization program. Design of this study was cross sectional with the number of respondents 60 infertile women were selected by consecutive sampling. The results showed that the levels of stress experienced by 11.7 severe enough women infertile, and the rest 88.3 infertile women experienced moderate stress. Most respondents, 78.3 had primary infertility and 58.3 of respondents follow the IVF program. Based on the results of the study required the support of family and health personnel to manage the stress experienced by women infertile. |
