ABSTRAK
Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur kesejahteraan masyarakat (Kemenkes RI, 2014). Kabupaten Bogor memiliki jumlah kematian tinggi mencapai 69 jiwa dengan AKI 55,41/100.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kematian ibu di Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu case series dengan sampel 67 kasus kematian ibu yang terdata dalam form RMM dan OVM Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematian ibu tinggi saat nifas (61,5%), dengan sebab kematian perdarahan (41,9%). Dari faktor sosiodemografi kematian tinggi pada umur 20-35 tahun (59,7%), pendidikan ibu SD (55%), pekerjaan ibu sebagai ibu rumah tangga (61,2%), pendidikan suami SD (48%), pekerjaan suami sebagai buruh (37,5%). Kematian ibu terbanyak pada yang memiliki riwayat komplikasi (46,3%), multigravida (75,8%), paritas 1-3(64,6%), tidak pernah mengalami abortus (83,1%). Dari akses ke layanan kesehatan kematian tinggi pada jarak jauh dengan RS (46,9%), jarak dekat dengan bidan/puskesmas (55,1%), sementara tidak berbeda jauh pada yang memiliki risiko tinggi/tidak. Kematian ibu juga tinggi pada yang memiliki riwayat ANC, K1, dan K4 dengan persentase masing-masing 95,4%, 72,4%, dan 90,9%. Cara persalinan spontan (57,8%), penolong persalinan SpOG (51,2%), tempat persalinan di RS (63%), usia kehamilan preterm (57,8%) dan tempat kematian di RS (80%).
ABSTRACT
Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is one of the indicators that reflects a country?s social welfare (Kemenkes RI, 2014). In 2015, Kabupaten Bogor had 69 maternal mortality cases and MMR of 55,41/100.000 live births. The purpose of this research is to describe the maternal mortalities in Kabupaten Bogor 2015. The design of this research is case series with 67 samples reported through the RMM and OVM form to Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor. The results show that maternal mortality in Kabupaten Bogor is mostly at post-partum (61,5%), caused by haemorrhage (41,9%). Sociodemographic factors show that maternal mortality is high in those aged 20-35 years old (59,7%), women with primary school background (55%), housewives (61,2%), spouse?s education until primary school (48%), spouse working as labor (37,5%). Maternal mortality is found high in those with a history of complication (46,3%), multigravida (75,8%), parity 1-3 (64,6%), and no history of abortion (83,1%). Factors of access to health services show that maternal mortality is high in those living in a long distance to the hospital (46,9%), living near midwives/Puskesmas (55,1%), meanwhile there is not much difference in those with high-risk or without. Maternal mortality is found to be high in those who received antenatal care, K1, and K4 with 95,4%; 72,4%; and 90,9% respectively. The cases were mostly found in those with normal delivery/labor (57,8%), specialists as birth attendants (51,2%), birth delivery at the hospital (63%), age of pregnancy during preterm (57,8%), and death place mostly at the hospital (80%). |
