ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui prevalensi obesitas sentral dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan obesitas sentral pada kelompok pekerja perempuan usia produktif di 10 provinsi terpilih tahun 2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, jumlah sampel 1464. Desain penelitian studi kuantitatif observational cross sectional. Prevalensi obesitas sentral pada penelitian ini 70.1 yang merupakan prevalensi kasar. Variabel memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan obesitas sentral adalah usia dengan peningkatan risiko pada usia dewasa akhir, sudah menikah, kurang aktivitas fisik, merokok. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan penekanan program pada sasaran khusus yang memiliki peningkatan risiko obesitas sentral.Kata Kunci : kelompok pekerja perempuan, obesitas sentral, sepuluh provinsi terpilih. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the prevalence of central obesity and the related factors with central obesity in productive age group of woman workers in 10 provincies elected in 2016. The data used is secondary data with sample of 1464. The design study is an observational cross sectional quantitative study. The crude prevalence of central obesity was 70.1 . Variables that have a statistically significant relationship with central obesity are age, married and insufficient physical activity smoking. This study expected to be a reference program emphasis on particular targets that have an increased risk of central obesity.Keywords central obesity, woman workers, 10 provincies elected. |
