ABSTRACT
The phenomena of sexual violence towards children not only involve adult perpetrators, but also underage or child perpetrators who don?t have the capacity and knowledge to examine the risks that could arise from sexual relation. To understand the phenomena, the writer tries to analyse the determinant factors that could affect the sexual violence that were done by children using integrative theory by Marshall and Barbaree. The research was done by using an explanatory sequential method with child inmates at LPKA Bandung as subjects. The research showed that from the six dimensions of the theory that were used, sexual violence that were done by children were more affected by various factors that were happening before the offense, not from the situation and condition during the violation.
