ABSTRAK Dewasa ini, perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia memasuki era globalisasidengan persaingan yang menitikberatkan pada invididualisme dan peningkatanmodal tanpa mengenal batas, sehingga berdampak pada ruang gerak terbatas bagikoperasi. Kegiatan ini menuntut pelaku usaha kecil seperti koperasi dapatmenyusun strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Tumbuh danberkembangnya koperasi, tidak akan terlepas dari peran pemerintah sebagai pihakyang memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kepada koperasi.Dengan adanya peran dari pemerintah, diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasipermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh koperasi, sehingga koperasi dapat meningkatkaneksistensinya dalam perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridisempiris, melalui wawancara kepada responden dan studi dokumen untuk dapatmemberikan gambaran terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti. ABSTRACT Nowadays, the development of Indonesia?s economy has entered the globalizationera with competition that emphasizes on individualism and capital increasewithout limitation, hence affecting the room for movement which becomeslimited for cooperatives. The activities currently demand small business enactorssuch as cooperative to form a strong strategy to be able to survive. The growthand development of the cooperative cannot be separated from the government?srole as the party who has the obligation to founding the cooperatives. With therole of the government, it is hoped that it could help overcome problems faced bycooperatives, hence the cooperatives can increase its existence in the nationaleconomy. This research is juridical empirical, using interview towardsrespondents and document study to be able to give a depiction towards the issuesresearched. |
