ABSTRAK Skripsi ini membahas tentang adanya potensi White Collar Crime dalam proses pemberian sertifikasi halal oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia MUI . Penelitiandilakukan dengan melihat aspek legal formal, bentuk lembaga MUI, sikapindividu dalam lembaga MUI dan LPPOM sebagai lembaga pengkajian Lab, danrespon lembaga pemerintahan dalam proses sertifikasi halal. Subjek daripenelitian ini yaitu Sertifikasi Halal oleh MUI. Dengan melihat proses sertifikasisecara detail dan menjabarkan proses pembuatan kebijakannya maka dapat terlihatpada bagian mana kejahatan kerah putih dapat berpotensi. Penelitian inimenggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam tidak terstruktur dengan beberapalembaga yaitu MUI, LPPOM, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, dan Tempo Media.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif karena diharapkan dapatmengambarkan potensi kejahatan dari berbagai sisi. ABSTRACT This thesis talk about the potential for white collar crime in the process of givingkosher certification by the indonesian ulemas council .The research was done bylooking at formal legal aspects , MUI the form of institution , attitudes ofindividuals with institutions and lppom MUI as an institution for the assessmentthe lab, and response government institutions in the certification process halal.The subject of research is that is kosher certification by MUI .By looking at thecertification process in detail and outline the process of making its policies it canbe seen in the which white collar criminal could potentially .This study used atechnique of in depth interviews lack of structure with several institutions namelyMUI, LPPOM, Government , tempo media. This research approach used thatqualitative and hoped it could show the potential crimes of different thing. |
