Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh mediasi proses bisnis dan supply chain management terhadap hubungan antara teknologi informasi dan performa perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang termasuk dalam kajian penelitian adalah teknologi informasi, proses bisnis, supply chain management capabilities, dan performa perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses bisnisdan supply chain management memiliki pengaruh mediasi terhadap hubungan antara teknologi informasi dan performa perusahaan.

This thesis discusses the mediation effect of business process capabilities and SCM on information technology and firm performance in a company. Factors included in this study are information technology,business process, supply chain management capabilities, and firm performance. The results of this study are business process and supply chain management capabilities have a mediating effect on the relationship between information technology and firm performance.
