Sejarahnya Koperasi berdiri dikarenakan adanya kepentingan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi yang sama dari para golongan yang memiliki latar belakang ekonomi yang sama. Usaha yang dijalankan Koperasi pun akan mengikuti keinginan atau keahlian dari para pendiri yang notabene adalah anggota-anggota Koperasi. Hal ini terjadi karena Koperasi memiliki prinsip-prinsip tersendiri yang mempengaruhi Koperasi dalam menjalankan kegiatannya. Prinsip itu diatur secara berbeda pada regulasi yang dibentuk disetiap era pembentukannya masing-masing. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, Koperasi didirikan dengan anggota yang memiliki ragam latar belakang ekonomi. Hal ini beresiko mempengaruhi prinsip-prinsip Koperasi, Unit Usaha, dan Sisa Hasil Usaha pada Koperasi tersebut. Menjadi penting untuk diteliti karena timbul suatu pertanyaan sejauh apa dampak yang ditimbulkan, khususnya terhadap Unit Usaha dan Pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha Koperasi. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif, melalui wawancara kepada narasumber dan studi dokumen untuk dapat memberikan gambaran terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti. Cooperatives historically were established due to the interest of fulfilling the same economical needs from groups of the same economical background. The business carried out by the Cooperative would also follow the necessity or skill of the founders who notably are Cooperative members. This happened because Cooperatives have their own principles which influenced the Cooperative in conducting their activities. Those principles are regulated differently in every law legislated formed in each of their respective eras. Along with the development of time, Cooperatives are established with members of diverse economical background. This constituent risks influencing the principles of Cooperatives, Business Unit and Surplus of said Cooperative. It becomes important to research because of the question which arises on how far the impact is causing towards the Cooperative, especially towards the business unit and distribution of the Cooperative rsquo s surplus. This research is juridical normative, through interview from a source and document study to give depiction towards the problem researched. |
