Salah satu strategi pemasaran produk yang dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam memasarkan produknya adalah word of mouth. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis fenomena word of mouth aplikasi GoJek di kalangan mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 orang responden yang merupakan mahasiswa di wilayah Jabodetabek yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi GoJek dan mendengar inforasi GoJek dari orang lain. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat word of mouth GoJek berada pada taraf sedang.Kata kunci: Word of Mouth, Gojek, Mobile App, Aplikasi Transportasi dan Kurir. Word of mouth became the one of product marketing strategy that can be used by company to attract market interest. Therefore, the objective of this research is was to analyze GoJek apps word of mouth phenomenon towards college students. The type of this research was descriptive research. The sample of the research were 100 respondents who ware college students in the Jabodetabek area whom used GoJek at least once and was hear information about GoJek from others. The research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. From this research showed that the level word of mouth of GoJek is on the middle level.Keywords Word of Mouth, GoJek, Mobile Apps, Transportation and Shipping Apps. |
