ABSTRAK Makalah non-skripsi ini membahas tentang aplikasi menggunakan kartu skor berimbang pada perusahaan jasa professional akuntansi Smith Jones LLP. Pada bagian pertama, saya menjelaskan apa itu "Perusahaan Jasa Professional" terlebih dahulu. Lalu, saya membuat Kartu Skor Berimbang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan situasi kondisi perusahaan Smith & Jones LLP. Ketiga, saya menyarankan sistem bonus yang sesuai dengan ciri-ciri dan kebutuhan perusahaan ini. ABSTRACT This paper discussed the application of Balanced Scorecard in professional serviced firm, specifically an accounting firm named Smith Jones LLP. The first part of this paper explains the meaning of "Professional Serviced Firm", the second part is the construction of thorough Balanced Scorecard customized for the needs and situation of Smith & Jones LLP. Lastly, I suggested the more suitable reward systems for partners of the firm. |
