Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran imigran melalui tokoh Driss, ibunya, dan kedua adiknya dalam film Intouchables karya Olivier Nakache dan ric Toledano. Permasalahan ekonomi, pendidikan, pekerjaan, kemiskinan, menjadi korban stereotip dan rasisme yang dialami oleh Driss dan anggota keluarganya menggambarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh imigran di Prancis pada umumnya. Tidak hanya aspek naratif saja, film ini juga akan dikaji melalui aspek sinematografis yang memiliki peranan yang penting dalam aspek pemaknaan.
ABSTRACT
This research discusses the picture of immigrants in France through the characters of Driss, his mother, and his siblings in Intouchables film, which is directed by Olivier Nakache and ric Toledano. The problems such as economic, education, employment, poverty, being victims of stereotypes and racism describe the problems which immigrants in general face. Not only the narrative aspect, this film will also be assessed through cinematographic aspect which has an important role in the aspect of meaning.
