ABSTRAK Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma nomor 450 Cibubur dilaksanakan selama satu bulan pada bulan Oktober 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Apotek Kimia Farma nomor 450 telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah Monitoring Efek Samping Obat MESO dan Pemantauan Terapi Obat PTO . ABSTRACT Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Number 450 Cibubur was held at October 2016. This internship was intended to make Apothecary student understand roles and responsilibities of Pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy service according to the rule of law and ethical pharmacy include the managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also clinical pharmacy. Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Kimia Farma Pharmacy number 450 Cibubur are suitable with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 35 Year 2016 about change to Regulation of Minister of Health No.35 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy. Clinical pharmacy activities in Kimia Farma number 450 Cibubur that are not done is monitoring of drugs side effect and drug monitoring therapy. |
