Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad dilakukan selama 2 bulan pada bulan September-Oktober 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 58 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, sedangkan untuk pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum terlaksana yaitu Pemantauan Kadar Obat dalam Daram PKOD .
ABSTRACT
Intership at Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Indonesian Central Army Hospital was done for 2 months in September October 2016. This intership was intended to make Apotechary student understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists in pharmaceutical care, includes managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also clinical pharmacy activities. Managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Indonesian Central Army Hospital are appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 58 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Hospital, while for clinical pharmacy activities has not done is monitoring of drug levels in blood.
