Praktik Kerja Profesi di RS Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Periode Bulan Juli-September Tahun 2016 Inayatul Kasrati, Renni Septini, Anton BahtiarFakultas Farmasi, Universitas Indonesia, Kampus UI Depok, Depok, 16424, Indonesiainayatulkasrati@yahoo.co.idABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi di RS Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad Periode Bulan Juli-September Tahun 2016 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggungjawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktek kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu Identifikasi Drug Related Problems pada Pasien CVD Infark dengan Hipertensi dan Unstable Angina Pectoris di Unit ICU RS Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad.Kata kunci : Praktek kerja, Rumah Sakit, Apoteker, Drug Related Problems, CVD Infark, Hipertensi, Unstable Angina Pectoris
