In order to reduce maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate, in achiev-ing the Millennium Development Goals set policy, that every mother whogave birth, her labor costs borne by the government through assurance ofdelivery program, but in practice still found dissatisfaction of patients to ob-stetric care.
