Pada variabel tipe kelas Rumah Sakit menunjukkankoefisien positif, berarti semakin rendah tipe kelas Rumah Sakit, peluang untukrisiko potensi readmisi semakin tinggi. ABSTRACT Readmission is an important criterion in the healthcare system, which is anindicator of the quality of service and cost efficiency of the hospital. This studyaims to analyze the relationship between the variables of patient characteristics(age and gender), clinical variables (length of stay and level of severity) and thevariable hospitals (ownership and type of hospital class) related to the potentiallyreadmission patients JKN Hospitalization with Code I CMG Regional Hospital inJakarta in 2014. the design study is a cross-sectional study. This study uses datafrom two secondary data, which claims JKN patients in the hospital in 2014 andin addition to using Data Provider (Hospital) in 2014. The research location is onthe whole hospital in cooperation with JKN program in Jakarta. The results showed than six (6) variables examined only four (4) significantvariables related to the variable age, the rate of change in disease severity, lengthof stay, hospital ownership. Gender variable is not related to the potentiallyreadmission. At the age variable indicates negative coefficient means that as wegrow older, the lower the potentially readmission. In the variable length of stayshowed a positive coefficient, meaning that the smaller the length of stay, thehigher the potentially readmission. In class type Hospital variable showed apositive coefficient, meaning the lower the class type Hospital, opportunities forhigher readmission potentially risks. In multivariate analysis, the variables strongest related to the level of potentiallyreadmission is proprietary Hospital, where private Hospital is the most dominantvariable related to potentially readmission with OR = 2 and the estimated valuesobtained positive coefficient, meaning that patients from private hospitals 2 timesthe chance of potentially readmission after controlling for the variables age of thepatient, and long days of hospitalization. |
