ABSTRAK Dibangunnya kawasan hijau dalam bentuk hutan kota di sekitar kawasan industri Pulogadung atas dasar keyakinan peranan fungsi jasa ekologis komunitas berbagai jenis tumbuhan yang dinilai mampu memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan kawasan industri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dinamika pertumbuhan hutan kota, kondisi iklim mikro, besaran karbon, pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat, dan upaya pengelolaan hutan kota kawasan industri. Penelitian dilakukan di Hutan Kota kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Kelurahan Rawa Terate, Kecamatan Cakung, Kota Jakarta Timur. Sampel vegetasi terdiri dari 3 petak tunggal, sedangkan sampel manusia terdiri atas 40 responden dan 2 informan. Struktur dan komposisi vegetasi yang mendominasi di Hutan Kota Kawasan Industri Pulogadung Trembesi Samanea saman untuk fase pohon dengan INP 74,98 ; Mahoni Swietenia mahagoni untuk fase tiang dengan INP 177,67 ; petai cina Leucaena leucocephala untuk fase pancang dengan INP 61,33 . Profil vegetasi menunjukkan kriteria pohon masa kini 100 didominasi oleh model arsitektur Troll dengan kerapatan vegetasi pohon 225 individu/Ha. kondisi iklim mikro masuk kategori tidak nyaman yaitu 29,75, padahal kondisi idealnya atau kondisi nyaman pada kisaran 25,0- ABSTRACT The construction of green areas in the form of urban forest around Industrial Estate Pulogadung on the basis of the role of faith communities ecological service functions of various types of plants are considerably to improved the environmental quality of industrial estates. The purpose of the study is to analyze the dynamics of the growth of the urban forest the micro climatic conditions the amount of carbon the knowledge and attitudes and the urban forest manegement efforts industrial estate. The study was conducted the Urban forest Industrial Estate Pulogadung, East Jakarta. Samples of vegetation consist of 3 single swath, while the human sample consisted of 40 respondents. The structure and composition of vegetation that dominates in Urban forest Industrial Estate Pulogadung Samanea saman for phase IVI tree with 74.98 Swietenia mahagoni for phase pole with IVI 177.67 Leucaena leucocephala for phase with IVI 61,33 stake.
