ABSTRAK
Permasalahan utama penyintas kanker setelah selesai menjalani pengobatan adalah kesulitan beradaptasi terhadap kehidupan sebelumnya hal ini dikarenakan adanya efek fisik, emosional dan psikososial kanker yang tidak mereda ketika pasien mencapai remisi. kebutuhan yang utama yang dilaporkan oleh penyintas kanker ginekologi saat akhir masa pengobatan adalah ketakutan kambuh, yang dapat mengakibatkan buruknya kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor prediksi ketakutan kambuh penyintas kanker ginekologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang yang sedang melakukan rawat jalan dan telah melakukan minimal satu kali pengobatan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu teridentifikasinya karakteristik responden yang memengaruhi terjadinya ketakutan kambuh berdasarkan domain yaitu pada domain distress psikologis, karakteristik responden yang didapatkan yaitu pengobatan, pada domain kerusakan fungsi terdapat pekerjaan, pengobatan dan pendidikan, pada domain persepsi ditentukan oleh umur dan pada domain keyakinan diri ditentukan oleh umur, pekerjaan, pendidikan, pengobatan dan status pernikahan, domain strategi koping ditentukan oleh stadium dan tingkat pendidikan. Sedangkan karakteristik responden yang memengaruhi terjadinya kualitas hidup pada domain kesehatan umum ditentukan oleh pendidikan, pada domain faktor fungsional ditentukan oleh status pernikahan dan pekerjaan, dan pada domain gejala ditentukan oleh pekerjaan dan jenis pengobatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya melakukan asuhan keperawatan secara bio-psiko-sosio-spritual pada penyintas kanker ginekologi yang telah selesai menjalani pengobatan dengan memperhatikan karakteristik responden yang memengaruhi terjadinya ketakutan kambuh berdasarkan masing-masing domain.
ABSTRACT
The main problem of survivors of cancer after completion of treatment is the difficulty of adapting to previous life this is due to the physical, emotional and psychosocial effects of cancer that does not subside when the patient reaches remission. The main need reported by survivors of gynecological cancer at the end of treatment is the relapse of fear, which can result in poor quality of life. The purpose of this study identifies the predictive factor of fear relapse survivors of gynecological cancers. This research use cross sectional research design. The number of respondents in this study were 90 people who were outpatient and had done at least one treatment. The result of this research is the identification of respondent characteristic that influences the happening of fear of relapse based on domain that is on psychological distress domain, the respondent characteristic is obtained that is treatment, on the domains of functional degradation there is occupation, treatment and education, at domain of perception determined by age and at self confidence domain determined By age, occupation, education, treatment and marital status, the domain of coping strategies is determined by the stage and level of education. While the characteristics of respondents that influence the quality of life in the general health domain are determined by education, the functional factor domain is determined by marital status and occupation, and in the symptom domain is determined by occupation and type of treatment. This study recommends the importance of performing nursing care bio psycho socio spiritual in survivors of gynecological cancer who have completed treatment with respect to the characteristics of respondents that affect the occurrence of fear relapse based on each domain |
