ABSTRAK Menyusui masih menjadi kendala pada beberapa ibu yang memiliki neonatus sakit yang sedang mendapatkan perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Efikasi diri menyusui berhubungan dengan durasi menyusui yang berdampak pada keberhasilan ibu dalam menyusui minimal secara eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu teridentifikasinya faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri menyusui pada ibu dari neonatus sakit yang dirawat di ruang perawatan neonatus. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross sectional, pada 88 ibu yang direkrut dengan metode consecutive sampling, alat ukur kuesioner BSE-SF cronbach rsquo;s alpha 0,872 dan EPDS cronbach rsquo;s alpha 0,87 versi bahasa Indonesia serta kuesioner yang peneliti kembangkan yaitu dukungan suami cronbach rsquo;s alpha 0,815 , dukungan keluarga cronbach rsquo;s alpha 0,698 , dan dukungan teman cronbach rsquo;s alpha 0,849 . Hasil analisis Chi square menunjukkan bahwa stres merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan efikasi diri menyusui pada ibu dengan neonatus sakit p= ABSTRACT Breastfeeding remains a constraints on some mothers who have sick neonates who are on treatment at the hospitals. The breastfeeding self efficacy relates to the breastfeeding duration which influences the success of mothers in breastfeeding at least exclusively. The objective of this study is to identify factors that relate with the breastfeeding self efficacy of mothers with sick neonates who are on treatment in the neonatal care room. This study uses Cross sectional design taken from 88 mothers recruited using consecutive sampling method, BSE SF cronbach rsquo s alpha 0.815 and EPDS cronbach rsquo s alpha 0.698 questionnaire measurement tools in the Indonesian language version and questionnaire developed by researcher i.e. husband support cronbach rsquo s alpha 0.815 , family support cronbach rsquo s alpha 0.698 , as well as friend support cronbach rsquo s alpha 0.849 . The analysis result of Chi square shows that stress is a factor that can affect the breastfeeding self efficacy of mothers with ill neonates p 0.01 . Nurses or healthcare officers should watch over the psychological condition of mothers who have sick neonates who are on treatment. |
