Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas simulasi dampak sekuritisasi syariah aset produktif terhadap market share dan kinerja dengan objek penelitian unit usaha syariah Bank BTN. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi-experiment dengan menggabungkan metode analisa skenario, Generalized Linear Model Multivariate dan Propensity Score Matching. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekuritisasi syariah aset produktif memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap market share dan kinerja UUS Bank BTN. Dampak tersebut berpengaruh melalui variabel-variabel transmisi dan jumlah aset yang disekuritisasi.
ABSTRACT
This research concern to create simulation effect of Islamic asset Securitizationon productive asset to market share and bank's performance, study case in Bank BTN's Shariah Business Unit. This research is a quasi experiment which combine scenario analysis, Generalized Linear Model Multivariate and Propensity Score Matching. The result indicate Islamic Securitization have positive and significant effect toward market share and performance. The effects influence them through the transmission variables and the amount asset that securitized.
