Peran Organisasi Profesi Notaris Ikatan Notaris Indonesia Dalam Rangka Magang Notaris Untuk Menjadi Notaris Profesional rdquo; Tesis ini membahas mengenai proses magang yang secara wajib harus ditempuh oleh calon notaris yang sudah lulus dari program studi kenotariatan dan secara amanat Undang-undang wajib untuk menjalani proses magang selama 24 duapuluh empat bulan berturut-turut dikantor notaris, melihat amanat Undang-undang ini tentu dapat dilihat betapa pentingnya proses magang ini untuk calon notaris, namun pengaturan mengenai proses magang ini sendiri masih belum dapat dikatakan optimal dan sempurna, padahal tentu tujuan utama dari proses magang calon notaris adalah untuk mempersiapkan notaris yang profesional dan siap melayani masyarakat dalam hakekatnya sebagai pejabat publik, oleh karenanya organisasi profesi notaris Ikatan Notaris Indonesia sebagai satu-satunya wadah dari profesi notaris harus dapat memberikan regulasi dan peraturan mengenai proses magang tersebut dengan lebih tegas dan konkret, sehingga visi organisasi untuk melahirkan notaris yang amanah dan dapat melayani masyarakat dengan profesional dan penuh integritas dapat terpenuhi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk penelitian yuridis normatif yang merupakan suatu prosedur penelitian ilmiah untuk menemukan logika keilmuan hukum dari sisi normatifnya, tipologi penelitiannya adalah penelitian deskriptif adalah suatu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan data yang seteliti mungkin tentang manusia, keadaan, atau gejala-gejala lainnya, dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses magang calon notaris memang terbukti sangat penting, karena diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang dan proses magang itu sendiri memberikan calon notaris gambaran untuk menjalankan suatu kantor notaris yang profesional dan panutan dalam bentuk notaris senior yang berkompeten. Sedangkan organisasi INI masih kurang atau dapat dikatakan dalam persiapan untuk memberikan regulasi yang lebih jelas dalam hal kualitas tempat magang dan jenis-jenis pelatihan apa yang harus didapat oleh para calon notaris yang akan menjalani magang.
The role of the organization that oversees Notary Profession Ikatan Notaris Indonesia In Regard of Apprenticeship Program to Become an Professional Notary rdquo This Thesis focused on how an internship or an apprenticeship program that should be followed by candidate of notary as one of prerequirements to be a notary as the Law had regulated for them to follow this program for 24 twenty four months consecutively in a senior notary office rsquo s, looking at the Law that regulate these programs we could see hou crucial and essential these apprentinceship program were for the candidate or soon to be notary, however the rules that regulate them has not been strict and thourogh in general, regardless these program is made to serve a purpose that the notary candidate will be ready to serve the public and be a professional notary that fullfill the task of a notary as a public official, thats why the organization that overseeing all of the notary activity Ikatan Notaris Indonesia should give a clear and direct regulations regarding the apprentinceship program, that should also fulfill the vision of the organization itself, to help nurtute a notary that can serve the public well with Professionalism and Integrity. This study will use the research method of form of normative juridical research that focused to find logic in a law from its normative sides, the research typology are an descriptive research that focused on giving an data as thorough as possible, perhaps about human, social phenomenon and other form of phenomenon, in this study is concluded that an apprenticeship program is crucial for the notary candidate for a numbers of reasons, because the law itself mandated them, and the candidate will get an imagery of how to run an professional notary office and getting an role model in a form of a capable senior notary. However INI as the notary organization still lack or still in preparation to give a more clear regulation regarding the quality of the notary office that the apprenticeship program will be held and what kind of training these notary candidate should get while they rsquo re in the program. |
