Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi pemilihan tindakan SC dan pengaruh akibat tindakan SC tersebutterhadap terjadinya risiko kesehatan ibu dan anak. Penelitian dengan desain crosssectional ini menggunakan data klaim perusahaan asuransi komersial X periode2014 ndash; 2016. Identifikasi ibu melahirkan dengan SC, Low Back Pain LBP padaibu, bronchopneumonia dan gangguan perkembangan motorik pada anakberdasarkan ICD-10. Hasilnya tingkat SC dipengaruhi oleh urutan kelahiran anak OR=2,43 , manfaat asuransi OR=1,66 dan fasilitas kesehatan OR=0,23 .Analisa dampak SC mendapati bahwa kelahiran melalui SC nilai p=0,08;OR=13,87; SK 95 =0,73-263,57 , fasilitas kesehatan dan usia anak >= 1 tahunmempengaruhi risiko gangguan perkembangan motorik pada anak. Kelahiranmelalui SC tidak mempengaruhi risiko bronchopneumonia, melainkandipengaruhi oleh fasilitas kesehatan dan usia anak >=1. Kelahiran SC mempunyairisiko LPB pada ibu sebesar 144 namun tidak ada hubungan bermakna. Hasilpenelitian ini mendukung hipotesa bahwa urutan kelahiran anak, manfaat asuransidan fasilitas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pemanfaatan SC, kemudian anak yangdilahirkan melalui SC dapat mengalami peningkatan risiko gangguanperkembangan motorik.Kata kunci: section caesarea, Low Back pain, bronchopneumonia, gangguanperkembangan motorik.

The objective ofthis study was to investigate the factors increasing the likelihood of undergoingCS and the impact of CS on maternal health risk and children. This study wascross sectional desain and using database of commercial insurance company X forthe period of 2014 ndash 2016. The ICD 10 was used to identify the mothers with CS,Low Back Pain LBP in mothers, bronchopneumonia and specific developmentaldisorder of motor function in children. The results found that the CS rate wasassociated with birth order OR 2,43 , insurance benefit OR 1,66 and healthfacility OR 0,23 . Further study due to CS, were found that CS delivery pvalue 0,08 OR 13,87 CI 95 0,73 263,57 , health facility and children age 1 year might increase the risk of developmental disorder of motor function inchildren. CS delivery was not associated with bronchopneumonia in children buthealth facility and children age 1 year were found to increase the risk ofbronchopneumonia. CS delivery might increase the risk of LBP in mothers 144 but has no significant association.
