Pasien gagal ginjal terminal dengan hemodialisis seringkali melaporkan mengalami pemanjangan waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis yang berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu 185 pasien hemodialisis di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar yang dipilih dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis adalah 578,41 402,27 menit. Jadwal hemodialisis p=0,029 , penyakit penyerta p = 0,046 , jumlah komplikasi akut p = 0,0001 dan depresi p = 0,004 ditemukan berhubungan signifikan dengan waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa jumlah komplikasi akut selama hemodialisis merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis =0,747. Kesimpulannya adalah jenis kelamin, lingkar lengan atas, jadwal hemodialisis, kadar sodium dialisat, intradialytic weight loss, penyakit penyerta dan jumlah komplikasi akut secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan waktu pemulihan pascahemodialisis.
End stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis patient often reported a prolonged post hemodialysis recovery time which related to the patient rsquo s low quality of life. This study aimed to identify the factors related to post hemodialysis recovery time. This study used descriptive correlation design with cross sectional method. The samples of the study were 185 hemodialysis patients at Sanglah Central Hospital, Denpasar, recruited by consecutive sampling technique. The result of the study showed that the mean of recovery time was 578.41 402.27 minute. Hemodialysis schedule p 0.029 , comorbid diseases p 0.046, the number of acute complication p 0.0001 and depression p 0.004 were significantly related to post hemodialysis recovery time. The result of multivariate analysis showed that the number of acute complication during hemodialysis was the most dominant factor related to recovery time 0.747. As the conclusion, gender, upper arm circumference, hemodialysis schedule, sodium dialysate concentration, intradialytic weight loss, comorbid diseases, and the number of acute complication altogether shared significant correlation with post hemodialysis recovery time. |
