Salah satu hal yang menyebabkan cepatnya kerusakan perkerasan jalan yaitu akibat kurang terpeliharanya sistem drainase jalan. Sistem drainase jalan berfungsi untuk mengeringkan perkerasan jalan atau mengalirkan air agar secepat mungkin keluar dari permukaan jalan dan selanjutnya dialirkan lewat saluran samping menuju pembuangan akhir. Kerusakan perkerasan akan mengganggu kenyamanan dan keselamatan kendaraan, keindahan dan pula mempengaruhi kinerja dan kualitas struktur perkerasan. Metode Pavement Condition Index PCI adalah salah satu metode penilaian kinerja perkerasan digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kondisi perkerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk pengaruh dari kondisi drainase terhadap kerusakan permukaan jalan struktur perkerasan metode PCI dengan wilayah tinjauan DKI Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan data primer berupa hasil survey kerusakan jalan yang akan dievaluasi dengan metode PCI dan dilakukan analisis pengaruh drainase dengan metode analisis desain eksperimen faktorial terhadap komponen kondisi saluran drainase, keberadaan air permukaan perkerasan, dan nilai PCI sebagai nilai kerusakan perkerasan yang terjadi dalam satu segmen jalan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan Desain Eksperimen didapatkan faktor utama yang paling berpengaruh dalam kerusakan permukaan perkerasan jalan adalah faktor kondisi saluran drainase kemudian faktor nilai PCI dan yang terakhir adalah faktor kondisi air permukaan. Interaksi yang paling berpengaruh dalam kerusakan permukaan perkerasan jalan adalah interaksi antara kondisi saluran drainase PCI, kemudian interaksi antara kondisi air permukaan saluran drainase, kemudian interaksi antara kondisi ketiga faktor saluran drainase air permukaan PCI dan yang terakhir yaitu interaksi antara kondisi PCI air permukaan. Pada seluruh wilayah tinjauan didominasi dengan nilai Pavement Condition Index PCI ldquo;Good rdquo; dan jenis pemeliharaan yang mendominasi adalah ldquo;Routine Maintance rdquo;. One of the things that cause rapid destruction the pavement that is due to lack of maintenance of the road drainage system. Road drainage system serves to dry the pavement or water flow in order as quickly as possible out of the road surface and then flowed through the channel next to the final disposal. The damage pavement will interfere with the comfort and safety of the vehicle, the beauty and also affects the performance and quality of the pavement structure. Pavement Condition Index PCI is one of the pavement performance assessment methods used to evaluate the condition of the pavement. This research is aimed to identify and analyze the shape of influence of drainage conditions to damage the road surface pavement structures PCI method with the territory of reviews DKI Jakarta.The method used is a field research with primary data in the form of survey of road damage that will be evaluated by the method of PCI and carried out analysis of the effect of drainage analysis method experimental design factorial of the components of the condition of drainage channels, the existence of the water surface pavement, and the value of PCI as the value of damage pavement.Based on the research results obtained using Design of Experiments main factors that greatly influence the surface damage is a factor pavement drainage channel conditions and then factor the value of PCI and the last is a factor of the condition of the surface water. Interactions were most influential in damage to the surface of the pavement is the interaction between the condition of the drainage channel PCI, then the interaction between the condition of surface water drainage channel, then the interaction between the condition of the three factors drainage channel Surface water PCI and the latter is the interaction between conditions PCI water surface.
