ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran deskriptif mengenai penerapan salah satu etos kerja manusia Jepang yaitu monozukuri pada perusahaan Jepang di Indonesia, terutama dalam penelitian ini adalah pada PT. Kanefusa Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam menerapkan monozukuri di dalam perusahaan yang memiliki dampak terhadap elemen sumber daya manusia dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai etos kerja perusahaan dan berdampak pada efisiensi produk berupa penggunaan material produk serta hasil potongan dari pisau pada material potong dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. untuk penerapan monozukuri pada PT. Kanefusa Indonesia dibutuhkan etos kerja lainnya yaitu hitozukuri yang merupakan bagian dari etos kerja monozukuri. Dengan hal tersebut, PT. Kanefusa dapat meningkatkan produksi pisau sekala industri dari sisi kuantitas dan kualitas yang unggul dibandingkan perusahaan-perusahaan pisau lainnya. ABSTRACT This study aims to provide a descriptive overview of the application of one of Japan 39 s work ethic monozukuri at Japanese companies in Indonesia, especially in this research is PT. Kanefusa Indonesia. The results of this study are in applying monozukuri in companies that have an impact on the elements of human resources in the values of work ethic enterprise and impact on the efficiency of the product in the form of use of the product material and the results of the pieces of the blade on the material cut from the products produced by the company , for the application of monozukuri at PT. Kanefusa Indonesia needed more work ethic that is hitozukuri which is part of the work ethic monozukuri. With this, PT. Kanefusa can increase industrial scale blade production in terms of quantity and quality superior to other firms knife. |
