 Abstract
Perencanaan pembangunan Gardu Induk Distribusi 150/20 kV pada Industri Spin Mill membutuhkan sistem proteksi tenaga listrik dari bahaya gangguan. Gangguan yang sering terjadi dan dianggap sangat berbahaya ialah gangguan hubung singkat. Pada perencanaan sistem proteksi ini menggunakan rele arus lebih sebagai pengaman dari gangguan hubung singkat. Dalam menentukan setting rele arus lebih dibutuhkan studi aliran daya untuk mendapatkan nilai arus nominal yang melalui rele. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan arus gangguan hubung singkat tiga fasa untuk menentukan setting arus pada rele arus lebih. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi didapatkan bahwa koordinasi antar rele telah bekerja sesuai dengan letak gangguan yang terjadi dan waktu kerja antar rele berkisar 0,2-0,3 detik. ......The planning development of Substation Distribution 150 20 kV on Spin Mill Industry requires electrical protection system from danger of electrical fault. Fault that often occurs and is considered very dangerous is short circuit. In planning this protection system uses overcurrent relay as a safety of short circuit interference. In determining the current relay settings, power flow studies are needed to obtain the nominal current value through the relay. Next step is calculate three phase short circuit current flows to determine the current setting current on overcurrent relay. Based on simulation, the results obtain that coordination between the relay has worked in accordance with the location of fault occurred and the working time between the relay ranges from 0,2 to 0,3 seconds.
