ABSTRAK Calon tamu AirBnB menggunakan foto ruangan pada situs web sebagai salah satu pertimbangan yang penting dalam memilih properti yang akan disewa. Penulisan ini mempelajari gambar seperti apa yang membuat calon tamu cenderung memilih suatu ruang berdasarkan foto-foto tersebut, bagaimana data visual ini terproses dalam persepsi manusia dan akhirnya memengaruhi keputusannya untuk memesan salah satu properti di listing AirBnB. Penilaian kualitas suatu ruang dilakukan melalui analisis secara deskriptif dan komparatif mengenai cara pengambilan foto dan data verbal yang ditampilkan pada situs web AirBnB. Pembahasan teori dan analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas fotografi ruang memang benar memengaruhi preferensi calon tamu AirBnB dalam menyewa properti di situs web. ABSTRACT In considering the property to rent, AirBnB users choose the property through spatial photographs This work studies how the photographs are processed through human perception, and ultimately influences their decision to rent one of the properties in AirBnB. The judgment of the quality of a space is done by descriptive and comparative analysis of how the photographs were taken with the written data displayed on the AirBnB website. Based on theories and analysis, it is concluded that spatial quality rsquo s photograph does indeed affect the preferences of AirBnB rsquo s guests on choosing a property to rent. |
