ABSTRAK Pulau Pramuka ditetapkan sebagai pusat Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu pada tahun 2001. Secara general masyarakat pesisir dihuni oleh komunitas laut dimana mereka menggantungkan kehidupannya pada alam laut. Penulis melihat adanya isu pada site yaitu, adanya irisan ruang-ruang tepi air yang digunakan oleh orang pulo untuk berkumpul pada waktu tertentu. Ruang tersebut memiliki potensi sebagai third place. Melalui skripsi ini penulis mencari tahu bagaimana third place yang terbentuk oleh orang pulo di kawasan pesisir, dimana orang pulo itu sendiri hidup dan berpenghidupannya tidak dapat lepas dari alam lautan. Ditemukan bahwa Third place yang terbentuk di Pulau Pramuka sebagian besar terjadi di area rataan terumbu karang reef flat serta perairannya ruang antara laut dan darat . Third place di Pulau Pramuka juga tidak dapat lepas dari peranan warga yang multi usia dan multi profesi sebagai pengguna ruang, terlebih Pulau Pramuka beridiri karena asas kekeluargaan. Third place di Pulau Pramuka memiliki ciri lain yaitu dinamis, area third place dengan cepat terbentuk walau semula area tersebut kosong dan sebalik. Hal itu juga dipengaruhi faktor meteorologi dan geomorfologi Pulau Pramuka. Fenomena lainnya adalah overlapping core setting dalam satu tempat, working place dan third. Third place di Pulau Pramuka terjadi juga secara waterfront, karena itu merupakan faktor utama bagi orang pulo dalam menggunakan sebuah ruang untuk berkumpul. ABSTRACT Pramuka Island was designated as the center of the Thousand Islands Administration in 2001. In general, coastal communities are populated by marine communities where they depend on marine life. The author sees an issue on the site that is, the existence of waterfront spaces used by orang pulo to gather at a certain time. The spaces may have potential as a third place. Therefore, through this undergraute thesis the author intended to find out how the third place is formed by orang pulo in coastal areas, where orang pulo live and gather who can not separated from the natural ocean. It is found that the third place formed on Pramuka Island mostly occurs in the reef flat area and waters body space between the sea and the land . Third place in Pramuka Island is also can not be separated from the role of citizens of multi age and multi profession as a the user, especially the due to the principle of kinship. Third place in Pramuka Island has another characteristic that is dynamic, by the quickly formed eventhough the area is empty, and also is influenced by the meteorology and geomorphology factor of Pramuka Island. Another phenomenon is an overlapping core settings in one place, working place and third. Third place on Pramuka Island occurs also at waterfront, as a major factor for orang pulo in using a space to gather. |
