ABSTRAK Penyebab utama banjir di Kota Lhoksukon adalah luapan sungai Krueng Kr. Keureuto. Daerah Aliran Sungai DAS Keureuto termasuk dalam Sistem Wilayah Sungai Pase-Peusangan. Terdapat lima anak sungai Kr. Keureuto yang akan memasuki Kota Lhoksukon yaitu ; Kr. Pirak, Kr. Ceku, Kr. Aluleuhop, Kr. Kreh dan Kr. Peuto. Analisa properti DAS menggunakan software ArcGIS 10.3, dan perhitungan puncak banjir menggunakan metode Soil Conservation Service-Curve Number pada model hidrologi WinTR-20 1.1. Melalui simulasi sesuai tutupan lahan tahun 2015 dan proyeksi Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah tahun 2012-2032, diperoleh peredaman bendungan Keureuto masing-masing sebesar 26 dan 17 . Dari hasil simulasi, banjir dengan periode ulang diatas lima tahun masih terjadi di Kota Lhoksukon karena bendungan Keureuto hanya meredam banjir di wilayah hulu sungai Kr. Keureuto. ABSTRACT The main cause of flood in Lhoksukon City is the overflow of the Krueng river Kr. Keureuto. The Keureuto watershed is included in the Pase Peusangan River Basin System System. There are five streams of Kr. Keureuto will enter Lhoksukon City Kr. Pirak, Kr. Ceku, Kr. Aluleuhop, Kr. Kreh and Kr. Peuto. Watershed analysis using ArcGIS 10.3 software, and flood peak calculations using the Soil Conservation Service Curve Number method on the WinTR 20 1.1 hydrology model. Simulation were perfomed with 2015 land cover and Projected Regional Spatial Plan of 2012 2032, there was 26 and 17 reduction of Keureuto Dam. From result it can be concluded that flood with return periode above five years still occurred in Lhoksukon City. |
