Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang permasalahan antrian keluar Stasiun Bekasi. Antrian keluar yang diamati adalah antrian keluar pada jam sibuk sore yang terlihat sudah sangat panjang hingga mencapai jalur rel penglaju. Antrian ini diakibatkan adanya tundaan yang terjadi akibat oleh adanya waktu pelayanan mesin Gerbang Transaksi Otomatis. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori antrian dan tingkat pelayanan agar dapat mengetahui kinerja dan kapasitas dari Gerbang Transaksi Otomatis terhadap jumlah penumpang yang keluar. Hasil dari analisis akan dibuat solusi permasalahan agar mampu meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan diantaranya, dengan adanya penambahan beberapa fasilitas antrian, modifikasi area antrian, dan penambahan pintu keluar di Stasiun Bekasi.
The purpose of this research is to analyse the problem of queueing at exit gate in Bekasi Station. The queue focused at exiting queue on evening peak hour which showed extremely long queue and reach the active railway. The queue caused by delay which happened by the service time at gate fares. This study is using queueing theory and level of service theory to identify the gatefares rsquo performances and capacity campared to the amount of passanger who want to leave Bekasi Station. The results of this study will make some solutions to increase the level of service of gate fares, such as adding extra queueing facilitites, modifying queueing area, and adding a new Gate in Bekasi Station.
