Abstract
ABSTRACT
High Speed Train Project has been one of the key transportation system being developed and constructed all around the world, both in economically developing country or the already advanced one. High-Speed Train functions primarily as a way to relief congestion, increase the amount accessibility, comfortability, and more environmentally friendly transportation system in the determined area in hope of giving an economical boost. PPP is considered to be the best way to share the risks and responsibility of the project specifically related to the funding mechanism, while still keeping the goal of both the public and private sector aligned.

Proyek Kereta Cepat telah menjadi salah satu infrastruktur transportasi unci yang telah dikembangkan di seluruh dunia, baik di Negara berkembang maupun Negara maju. Kereta cepat itu sendiri berfungsi khususnya untuk mengurangi kemacetan, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, kenyamanan dan alternaif transportasi yang lebih ramah lingkungan serta pertumbuhan ekonomi di area-area yang dipengaruhinya. Dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha adalah cara terbaik untuk melakukan pembagian risiko dan tanggung jawab antara pemangku kebijakan terkait terutama dalam scenario pembiayaan yang ada.
