ABSTRAK Pasien yang terdiagnosa diabetes dan hipertensi mengalami kombinasi obat dalam masa terapi sehingga meningkatkan resiko terjadinya interaksi obat. Interaksi obat dapat menimbulkan efek yang tidak diinginkan maupun meningkatkan resiko terjadinya komplikasi akibat penggunaan kombinasi obat yang tidak tepat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah menganalisis potensi interaksi obat antidiabetik oral dengan antihipertensi pada resep pasien di Apotek ldquo;X rdquo; periode Februari-April 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik yang dilengkapi dengan uji Chi-Square pada data resep pasien periode Februari-April 2017 yang mendapatkan minimal 1 obat antidiabetik oral dan minimal 1 obat antihipertensi dengan metode total sampling. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 263 lembar resep. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peresepan antidiabetik dengan antihipertensi memiliki potensi interaksi obat pada 106 lembar resep 40,34 dengan total kasus sebanyak 162 kasus yang terdiri dari 0 kasus interaksi mayor 0 , 138 kasus interaksi moderat 85,18 dengan interaksi paling banyak antara metformin-bisoprolol sebanyak 37 kejadian 22,84 dan 24 kasus interaksi minor 14,81 dengan interaksi paling banyak antara metformin-furosemid sebanyak 17 kejadian 10,49 . Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara jumlah obat per lembar resep dengan potensi interaksi obat p= 0,009 , tetapi tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dan umur pasien dengan potensi interaksi obat p= 0,260; 0,814. ABSTRACT Patients with diabetes and hypertension acquired more than 1 drug within therapies so that increasing the risk of potential drug drug interaction. Drug interaction could generate undesirable effect or increase complication risk as a result of inappropriate drug combination. This study aimed to analyze the potential of drug drug interaction in oral antidiabetics with antihypertensives in patients rsquo prescriptions at Pharmacy ldquo X rdquo in period of February April 2017. This study uses analytical descriptive method with Chi Square test on prescriptions of patients who were prescribed of minimum 1 oral antidiabetic and minimum 1 antihypertensive in period of February April 2017 by total sampling. The analysis conducted on 263 prescriptions. This study concluded that prescriptions of antidiabetics and antihypertensives has potential drug drug interaction on 106 prescriptions 40,34 with total of 162 cases, which are consisted of 0 case of mayor interactions 0 , 138 cases of moderate interactions 85,18 with most interaction occur between metformin bisoprolol of 37 cases 22,84 and 24 cases of minor interactions 14,81 with most interaction occur between metformin furosemide of 17 cases 10,49 . The statistic test showed there is a significant relationship between total of drug prescribed in one prescription with potential drug drug interaction p 0,009 , but there is no significant relationship between gender and age of the patients with potential drug drug interaction p 0,260 0,814. |
