Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain Failure Mode And Effect Analysis FMEA sebagai upaya pencegahan pasien jatuh di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSAB Harapan Kita Tahun 2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya desain FMEA sebagai upaya pencegahan pasien jatuh di Instalasi Rawat Inap pasien RSAB Harapan Kita pada tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan operational research dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, telaah data sekunder dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor rumah sakit ketersediaan sarana prasarana dan faktor pasien/ keluarga pengetahuan pasien/ keluarga ikut berkontribusi sebagai penyebab pasien jatuh di RSAB Harapan Kita. Desain FMEA yang evidence based dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan RSAB Harapan Kita diperoleh melalui proses Focus Group Discussion FGD Tim FMEA sehingga diperoleh prioritas perbaikan dan menghasilkan upaya-upaya pencegahan pasien jatuh di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSAB Harapan Kita.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the design of Failure Mode And Effect Analysis FMEA as prevention of inpatient falls at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital in 2017. The purpose of this research is to obtain the design of FMEA as prevention efforts of inpatient falls at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital in 2017. This type of research is qualitative by using operational research with the method of observation, in depth interview, secondary data study and document review. The results of this study are hospital factors availability of infrastructure and patient family factors patient family knowledge contributed as the cause of the patient falls at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital. The evidence based design of FMEA and in accordance with the needs of Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital is obtained through the Focus Group Discussion FGD process of FMEA Team to obtain the priority of improvement and resulted prevention efforts of the inpatient falls at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital.
