ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kitab Irsy?du al-Ikhw?ni karya Syekh Ihsan Jampes yang berisi tentang hukum minum kopi dan merokok yang dikupas melalui kacamata kesusastraan Arab. Hukum minum kopi dan merokok pada kitab ini disajikan dalam bentuk puisi dan prosa, yang mana puisi sebagai inti pembahasan dan prosa sebagai penjabaran dari puisi. Selain unik, kitab ini juga menjadi daya tarik agar dilakukannya penelitian, khususnya kesusastraan. Melalui metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori strukturalisme-semiotik, penelitian ini mencari tahu bagaimana struktur dan isi kitab Irsy?du al-Ikhw?ni. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat melihat efektifitas penggunaan puisi dalam penyampaian suatu hukum dengan mengukur seberapa berpengaruh bal?gah dalam kitab ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara structural terdiri dari lima bab, yang dibagi ke dalam 38 bagian yang jumlahnya berbeda. Setiap bagiannya terdiri dari puisi dan prosa. Sedangkan secara isi, penyampaian informasi tentang kopi, rokok, dan permasalahan fiqih didalamnya baik pada puisi maupun prosa cukup jelas dan secara bahasa tidak sulit karena tidak banyak menggunakan unsur ilmu al-bay?n. Namun, penggunaan usl?b mustamirrun mutarradun dalam penulisan prosa mempersulit pembaca yang tidak biasa membaca prosa dengan bahasa dan tulisan Arab tanpa tanda vokal dan tanda baca. ABSTRACT This study discusses the analysis of a book titled Irsy du al Ikhw ni written by Sheikh Ihsan Jampes which addresses the law of coffee drinking and smoking, viewed through Arabic literary aspects. The law of coffee drinking and smoking in the book is presented in poetries and proses the author uses the poetries to convey the main ideas and the proses to explain the poetries intepretations. Aside of its unique elements, this book is also an appeal to researchers, especially in the field of literature. Through descriptive analysis method using semiotic structuralism theories, this research intends to describe the structure and contents of the book Irsy du al Ikhw ni. In addition to that, this research also intends to analyse the effectiveness of the use of poetry in conveying a certain law by measuring how influential of the Arabic rhetorics in the book is. The results of this study are structurally composed of five chapters, divided into 38 different sections. Each section consists of poetries and proses. As for the contents of the book which describes the delivery of information about coffee, cigarettes, and issues of jurisprudence in both in poetries and proses are found to be quite clear and are not linguistically difficult because the ilmu al bay n elements are not much in use. However, the use of usam r mustamirrun mutarradun in prose writing makes it difficult for readers who do not have a good experience reading proses in the Arabic language written without vowel marks and punctuations. |
