ABSTRAK Penyelesaian administrasi Sistem Perizinan dan Regristrasi Terintegrasi SPRINT masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan 2.325 pemohon yang registrasi namun hanya 1.483 pemohon 63,78 yang menyelesaikan administrasi. Sementara itu Otoritas Jasa Keuangan OJK berharap SPRINT menjadi sistem informasi yang banyak digunakan sehingga mengurangi proses izin secara manual. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerimaan penggunaan terhadap implementasi SPRINT. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Unified Theory of Adoption and Use of Technology UTAUT dan DeLone-McLean Model DMM . Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT dengan penambahan tiga faktor dari DMM yaitu System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran mixed methods dengan memadukan metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif serta menggunakan survei sebagai cara mengambil data. Data yang didapatkan dari survei sebanyak 207 data valid untuk jawaban pertanyaan tertutup dan 259 data valid untuk pertanyaan terbuka. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS untuk data pertanyaan tertutup serta content analysis untuk data pertanyaan terbuka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap penggunaan SPRINT yaitu Information Quality dan Service Quality. ABSTRACT The administration completion level of the Integrated Licensing and Registration System SPRINT is still low. This is indicated by 2,325 applicants who already registered but only 1,483 applicants 63.78 have completed the administration. Meanwhile, OJK expects SPRINT to be a widely used information system so that reduce the licensing process manually. One of the problems is the absence of an evaluation of the user acceptance of the use of SPRINT. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the user acceptance of the SPRINT implementation. The model used in this research is Unified Theory of Adoption and Use of Technology UTAUT and Human, DeLone McLean Model DMM . In this study, Researchers used UTAUT model with the addition of three DMM factors. The added factor from the DMM model is System Quality, Information Quality and Service Quality. This research used mixed methods by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. In order to collect the data, this research used surveys. Valid data obtained from the survey were 207 respondents for closed questions and 259 respondents for open questions. Then, the obtained data were processed using Partial Least Square PLS for closed question data and content analysis for open question data. As conclusion, there are two factors that have negative influence on SPRINT usage which are Information Quality and Service Quality. |
