Abstract
Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegitaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Guardian Pharmatama bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang industri farmasi serta mendapatkan gambaran secara nyata terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker di industri farmasi.
Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan di bidang pemastian mutu, pengawasan mutu dan produksi berdasarkan CPOB. Selain itu melalui tugas khusus, mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi persentase limbah hasil proses kemas primer. Praktik Kerja Profesi dilakukan selama delapan minggu pada bulan Januari hingga Februari Tahun 2017.
The pharmaceutical industry is an entity that has a license from the Minister of Health to conduct manufacturing of drugs or therapeutic agents. Internship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama aims to gain knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and to understanding the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. Through this Internship, the author can apply the knowledge they have learned by doing activities in the field of quality assurance, quality control and production based on Good Manufacturing Process GMP. In addition, through a special assignment, the author evaluate the percentage of waste from primary packing process. Internship conducted for eight weeks in January to February 2017.
