Pelayanan farmasi klinik terdiri dari pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, penelusuran riwayat penggunaan obat, rekonsiliasi obat, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, visite, monitoring efek samping obat, evaluasi penggunaan obat, dispensing sediaan steril, dan pemantauan kadar obat dalam darah.
