Abstract
ABSTRAK
Praktik Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Abbott Indonesia telah berlangsung selama dua bulan dimulai pada tanggal 3 Januari - 28 Februari 2017. Kegiatan Praktik Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang semua aspek CPOB dan GMP yang terkait dalam industri farmasi dan menentukan penerapan CPOB dan GMP di PT Abbott Indonesia untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi untuk melihat kondisi riil dunia kerja. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Kualitas Pemasok PT. Abbott Indonesia Melalui Supplier Score Card. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas bahan mentah yang digunakan PT. Abbott Indonesia selama ini yang digunakan untuk proses produksi melalui hasil pemeriksaan pengawasan mutu pabrik.
ABSTRACT
Profession Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia was held for two months starting on January 3 February 28, 2017. This Pharmacist Profession Practice Activity is aimed at prospective pharmacists to increase their knowledge and insight on all aspects of CPOB and GMP related in the industry Pharmacy and determine the application of CPOB and GMP at PT Abbott Indonesia to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry to see the real conditions of the world of work. Special assigment given titled Quality Monitoring Supplier PT. Abbott Indonesia Through Supplier Score Card. The purpose of this special assigment is to know how the quality of raw materials used by PT. Abbott Indonesia has been used for the production process through inspection results of factory quality control.
